To reach us about
Your submission — If you filled out the offer-check form and want to confirm receipt, update your contact info, or stop further outreach, include your reference number (starts with "FM-") in the subject line.
Data requests — To request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data under CCPA, CDPA, or other state privacy laws, write "Data Request" in the subject and include the email and ZIP you submitted with.
Lender complaints — If a partner lender misrepresented themselves, presented terms outside our 36% APR cap, asked for sensitive information up front (SSN, bank credentials) before you had seen an offer, or otherwise behaved inappropriately, please report it. Subject: "Lender Complaint" plus the lender's name and the date of contact. We use these reports to remove bad actors from the network.

Independent help
If you are struggling with debt and want independent guidance before taking out a new loan, the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (nfcc.org) operates a network of nonprofit credit counseling agencies. Their consultations are free or low-cost. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (consumerfinance.gov) is the federal regulator for consumer credit products and accepts complaints if you have a dispute with a lender.
