Who we are
FastMoney24 ("we", "us") is a lender-matching marketing service operated by FastMoney24 LLC. We are not a lender, broker, or licensed financial institution. We do not extend credit, make credit decisions, or originate loans.
What we do
We collect basic qualification details and connect you with U.S.-licensed personal loan partner lenders in our network. The actual loan offers, terms, rates, underwriting, and loan agreement are between you and the partner lender you choose. FastMoney24 is not a party to any loan agreement.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi and Puerto Rico) and a U.S. resident to submit the form. You must be the person whose name and contact information you are submitting (or have legal authority to act on their behalf).
Your representations
By submitting the form you confirm that: the information you provided is accurate; the phone number and email belong to you (or you have permission to use them); and you consent to be contacted by FastMoney24 and our partner lenders as described in our Privacy Policy.
No guarantee of approval, rate, or amount
Pre-qualified offers shown by partner lenders are estimates based on the information you provide and a soft credit check. Final approval, the actual APR, loan amount, and terms depend on full underwriting by the lender you select. FastMoney24 does not guarantee approval, any specific APR, or any specific loan amount. Loan ranges and term lengths shown on FastMoney24 are typical examples in the network; your actual offer may be smaller, larger, or unavailable based on your individual circumstances.
What we don't do
We do not work with payday lenders. We cap network APRs at 36% (the federal Servicemembers Civil Relief Act ceiling). We do not present offers from auto-title lenders or any short-term high-cost credit product. If you encounter a lender presenting itself as a FastMoney24 partner and offering terms outside these limits, please report it to us at support@fastmoney24.com.
Third-party lenders
Partner lenders are independent businesses with their own licensing, underwriting standards, fee structures, and policies. FastMoney24 vets each partner annually but does not supervise their day-to-day conduct and is not responsible for individual lender decisions, errors, or disputes. Any dispute with a lender after you have entered into a loan agreement must be resolved between you and that lender. We will assist with documentation upon request.
No financial advice
Nothing on FastMoney24 is personalized financial, tax, legal, or credit-counseling advice. Whether a personal loan is the right choice for your situation depends on your full financial picture. For independent advice you can contact a nonprofit credit counseling agency through the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (nfcc.org).
Disclaimers & liability
The FastMoney24 site and service are provided "as is" without any warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastMoney24's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or the matching service is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).
